As Director of Development & Partnerships for Antillia Film Festival, you’ll help support the festival’s long-term growth by securing sponsorships and funding opportunities, cultivating industry relationships, and expanding our regional and international presence. We’re looking for someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development, or community engagement.

Seeking a Digital Content Producer to help shape the visual storytelling and online presence of Antillia Film Festival. This role will be responsible for creating and producing engaging digital content across social media and marketing platforms, including photo, video, graphics, reels, behind-the-scenes coverage, and promotional storytelling leading up to the festival. The ideal candidate should have strong creative instincts, experience with content creation and editing tools, an understanding of social media trends, and a passion for film, culture, and Caribbean storytelling.
