We are seeking a Director of Development & Partnerships to help support the festival’s long-term growth and regional expansion. This role will focus on securing sponsorships and funding opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and building relationships that strengthen the festival’s presence within the Caribbean and internationally. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder who is passionate about film, culture, and helping grow opportunities for the Caribbean creative community.

• Identify and pursue sponsorship and partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, organizations, and community partners
• Support fundraising and donor outreach efforts
• Assist with sponsorship proposals, presentations, and communications
• Help expand the festival’s regional and international network
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth initiatives
• Represent Antillia Film Festival in a professional and community-focused manner

• 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship, sales support, account management, client service, project management, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience developing sponsorship proposals, pitch presentations, and sales materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative
• Passion for film, culture, and Caribbean storytelling
• Interest in helping grow a nonprofit arts organization
